Kunal is the Founder of Simpliwork & Khetal Advisors, a tech focused investment banking firm.

Previously, Kunal worked as Director, Equities for Duke Equity Partners as part of the $150 Million Duke Special Opportunities Fund. He started his career in 2001, by Founding Artemis Technologies, a successful mobile middleware product firm that he sold to a Listed Firm in 2003.

Ajay is an experienced business leader with a global orientation and experience across USA, Asia-Pacific and India. He brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership, sales/strategy, P&L management, enterprise business, startups, and angel investment to the team. He has held key positions at organisations like Lithium Urban Technologies, Simplify360, Amvensys Capital Group, HP Software, Mercury Interactive, Kintana etc.

He holds a BS, Computer Science degree from University of Mysore.

Hemant is a Chartered Accountant with experience in auditing, M&A advisory and corporate strategy. Previously, he worked with a Series A funded tech-startup as a Senior Manager in Strategy. In the past, he has worked with KPMG in the Deal Advisory Practice across multiple sectors including technology, e-commerce, and pharmaceuticals.

Arjun is a solution strategist with expertise in customer engagement, P&L management, enterprise business development, account, and portfolio management. He comes with extensive work experience with office solution providers and operators in India and abroad.

Previously, he has worked with established organisations like Vatika Group, IWG PLC and other industry players where-in he was responsible for business development and overall growth of business operations across the country.

Naseem is an expert in real estate sales & strategy, business development & enterprise/ SME sales. He comes with over a decade of experience in Enterprise Space Solutions for multinational Indian companies & SMEs. Previously, he has worked for many other players in the industry.

He holds a BBM degree from the University of Bangalore and a PGD in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University, UK.

A seasoned real estate professional with over 14 years of cross functional experience ranging from commercial brokerage with Cushman & Wakefield & Savills to transactions management with JLL and developer experience with Bagmane Developers. Rohan has handled clients like IBM, Accenture, Amazon, Samsung, Nvidia, Google & Boeing to name a few. He graduated with B.com in Business Management from Shree Damodar College Margao, Goa followed by successfully completing the Taj Management Training Program (2007-09).

A marketing, communications and product development professional, Vidushi brings over a decade of experience across retail, food, digital media, co-working and hospitality industries. As Vice President, Brand and Marketing at Simpliwork Offices, she is focused on establishing the brand in India and overseas. She did her Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Commerce from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University and holds a Master’s Degree from the Indian School of Business. A National Medallist Rifle Shooter, her interests include reading and exploring new cultures. 

Karthick comes with extensive experience in strategic programming & management of corporate fit-out projects. He has been instrumental in Integrating and orchestrating on-site and remote teams to facilitate collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. He has spent time at CBRE, Space Matrix and Nelson Architects.

He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering degree and a Diploma in Interior Design.

Andre is an operations and management professional with rich and varied experience in facility management, administration operations, statutory compliances, risk audits and project management. He has worked with companies like JLL, Marriott, Deutsche Bank, ITC and Embassy Property Developers.

Andre has served in the Indian Army for 10 years. He is an alumnus from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Has been instrumental in planning, implementing, controlling and monitoring Capex and Opex spends from design development to final delivery and operations management of real estate assets. Proven his ability to drive process definition + improvements, optimize solutions, drive multiple projects simultaneously and help organizations rationalize spend while staying true to quality and timeline targets

Devi Dayal comes with a rich and versatile experience of 14 years in the construction industry like high end residential, warehousing, townships and premium corporate offices. He holds B.E in Mechanical Engineering and is an ardent professional with keen interests in project management and process implementation. He has extensive experience of working with top corporates like Aditya Birla, Mahindra Lifespaces and Amazon.
